Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending experience preferred
  • Certification or eligibility to obtain alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender preferred
  • Understanding of bartending fundamentals and cocktail formulas
  • Knowledge of contemporary industry trends
  • Eligible to acquire necessary Aramark and local/state-mandated alcohol service certifications
  • Exceptional hospitality skills including friendliness and knowledge of beverages
  • Proficient organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Physical ability to handle objects up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors and facilitate monetary transactions
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Serve beverages to servers from the service well when necessary
  • Follow protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior
  • Verify the age of customers to ensure legal consumption
  • Manage cash transactions according to guidelines
  • Establish and dismantle workstations with thorough cleaning and sanitization
  • Perform stock assessments and maintain inventory levels
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guest needs
  • Maintain a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
  • Protect the safety of company resources
