Candidates who have previous bartending experience or a strong interest in mixology are preferred, as this will enable them to thrive and advance within the company. Moreover, eligibility to acquire necessary Aramark and local or state-mandated alcohol service certifications is required to ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.
