Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or bar attendant experience preferred
- Ability to acquire necessary alcohol service certifications
- Physical capability to handle, move, push, or pull objects up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a bartender preferred
- Understanding of bartending fundamentals and cocktail formulas
- Knowledge of contemporary trends in the beverage industry
- Eligible to acquire necessary Aramark and local/state alcohol service certifications
- Demonstrates exceptional hospitality and beverage knowledge
- Proficient in organizational skills and multitasking with a focus on precision and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors, receive requests, and facilitate monetary transactions through cash or credit card payments
- Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Serve beverages directly from the service well when necessary
- Follow established protocols for serving alcohol and promoting responsible drinking behavior, including age verification
- Adhere to guidelines and protocols for managing cash transactions
- Establish and dismantle workstations with thorough cleaning and sanitization
- Perform stock assessments and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting guest needs
- Maintain a friendly attitude when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues
- Protect the safety of company resources
