Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle, move, push, or pull objects up to 25 lbs
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance with all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bartender preferred
  • Understanding of bartending fundamentals and cocktail formulas
  • Knowledge of contemporary movements in the beverage industry
  • Eligible to acquire all necessary Aramark and local/state alcohol service certifications
  • Exceptional hospitality skills with friendliness and beverage knowledge
  • Proficient organizational abilities with multitasking and attention to detail focus

Job Duties

  • Welcome visitors and receive requests
  • Facilitate monetary transactions including cash and credit card payments
  • Prepare and offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Serve beverages directly from the service well to servers if necessary
  • Follow protocols for responsible alcohol service including age verification
  • Adhere to cash handling guidelines
  • Establish and dismantle workstations with cleaning and sanitization
  • Perform stock assessments and maintain inventory levels
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly attitude
  • Protect company resources
