The Bar Assistant (Barback) role at SUZU is a pivotal position within the beverage service team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes. This full-time or part-time non-exempt role supports bartenders by maintaining a fully stocked, clean, and service-ready bar during all hours of operation. The Bar Assistant is responsible for preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, and mixers; stocking liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and ice; and upholding meticulous cleanliness standards throughout the bar and service stations.
