Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- high school diploma or GED
- previous bartending or high-volume service experience preferred

- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- availability to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of traditional and creative cocktails, pour beer, and serve wine with speed and accuracy
- pivot seamlessly between the bar and other areas including the snack bar, serving stations, and guest seating zones to provide all-around service
- strictly verify guest IDs to ensure legal drinking age and adhere to all state and federal alcohol laws
- proactively restock bar and snack area inventory
- perform opening and closing duties including cleaning, mopping, and ensuring all serving areas are guest-ready
- efficiently operate the cash register, collect payments, and manage guest tabs across different entertainment zones
- assist with food running and floor support during peak rushes to ensure high-quality service facility-wide
