We are currently seeking a versatile hospitality professional to join our team in a part-time to full-time capacity, primarily for evening shifts and special events. The role offers competitive pay between $20 and $25 per hour plus tips. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in catering, private clubs, or hotel bars who are looking for a hospitality role with more personality and an ever-changing dynamic. Our events range in scale and style, from intimate wine-and-conversation evenings for small groups to engaging panel discussions accommodating up to 80 people. Your role as the hospitality lead will be essential in ensuring these events flow smoothly and guests feel genuinely cared for, even when the unexpected occurs.

As a part of this role, you will be the steady presence who sets the tone for the evening and holds everything together when the night takes a turn. You will work closely with a community that values quality and thoughtful service, providing an experience where members don’t just attend events — they feel seen and taken care of. The position involves a mix of bartending, event setup and breakdown, and occasional morning shifts aiding our café operations. Managing bar inventory and communicating supply needs will be among your responsibilities, alongside being a representative of our club's hospitality standards to all members and guests.
