RH Hospitality is currently seeking a skilled Bar & Coffee Associate to join its Wine Bar team, delivering a refined, elevated beverage experience that exemplifies the company's highest standards of service and quality. The role is perfect for those passionate about wine, coffee, and cocktails who wish to deepen their expertise and contribute to an elite hospitality environment. As a Bar & Coffee Associate, you will play a key role in guiding guests through every facet of their beverage journey. This includes preparing and presenting cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with impeccable quality, consistency, and artistic presentation. You will be entrusted with maintaining the bar’s organization, cleanliness, and inventory to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service. Your contribution will also extend to engaging guests with thoughtful insights on pairings and seasonal beverage selections, enhancing their overall experience. Embracing a First Class Service philosophy, you will foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects RH’s dedication to luxury hospitality. Collaborating closely with location leadership, this position involves performing regular beverage inventory and helping achieve both service and financial goals. Job Requirements

experience in beverage production or service for at least 2 years
legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire
meets minimum legal age required to serve alcohol and work designated shifts in accordance with local labor regulations
commitment to maintaining a high level of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene
flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and walking for extended periods, ascending and descending stairs safely, and navigating busy, low-lit service areas safely
commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
legal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hire
meets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of kitchen responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
commitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform guidelines, grooming, and hygiene practices, to ensure a professional presentation to guests
flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed

maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the bar, storage areas, and related service spaces
stock, replenish, and rotate bar inventory, including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes, to support uninterrupted service
serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling polished personal presentation, and demonstrating deep knowledge of RH's full menu, with a focus on beverage offerings
support the flow of service with a full hands in, full hands out mindset, anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed
partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goals
