Currently, RH is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Wine Bar & Coffee Associate to join their team and help deliver an elevated beverage experience that is synonymous with RH’s commitment to excellence. This role calls for an individual who is passionate about wine, coffee, and cocktail culture, and who consistently upholds the highest standards of hospitality. As a Wine Bar & Coffee Associate, you will be responsible for guiding guests through every step of their beverage journey—from welcoming them warmly to ensuring each drink is crafted with precision, exceptional quality, and a polished presentation. This position not only demands a service-minded approach but also an eagerness to expand expertise in beverage production within a collaborative and learning-focused work culture.

Serving within a dynamic wine bar setting inside RH’s design galleries, you will ensure that all beverage offerings meet the highest quality benchmarks by adhering strictly to recipe and service protocols. Your responsibilities will also extend to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the wine bar and related service areas, ultimately enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful, attentive service and anticipation of guest needs.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
- Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
- Must meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol and perform related responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, or cocktails
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering luxury hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse guests
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen or beverage setting
- Basic understanding of inventory management and beverage controls
Job Duties
- Create a warm and inviting experience by delivering first class service that reflects RH's standards of hospitality
- Provide a seamless and memorable beverage experience for guests, from offering a gracious welcome to delivering each beverage with precision
- Uphold quality and consistency by adhering to RH's recipe and service standards for all beverages
- Maintain the cleanliness, curation, and organization of the wine bar, storage areas, and related service spaces
- Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging warmly with guests, modeling polished personal presentation, and demonstrating deep knowledge of RH's full menu, with a focus on beverage offerings
- Support the flow of service with a full hands in, full hands out mindset, anticipating guest and team needs and clearing service items as needed
- Partner with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventory and contribute to achieving service and financial goals
