RH is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Wine Bar & Coffee Associate to join their team. This role involves delivering a sophisticated and elevated beverage experience that aligns with RH’s highest standards of hospitality. The Wine Bar & Coffee Associate will be responsible for guiding guests through their beverage journey, ensuring impeccable quality and presentation in every service. This position is ideal for individuals who have a genuine passion for beverage arts, including expertise in wine, coffee, and cocktails. In this role, the associate will create a warm, inviting environment that showcases first-class service. From the moment guests are welcomed to the final sip of their beverage, the associate ensures a seamless and memorable experience. Responsibilities include adhering strictly to RH’s recipes and service standards to maintain consistency and quality across all beverage offerings. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all service areas, including the Wine Bar and storage spaces, is also critical.
Serving as a brand ambassador is integral; this means engaging warmly with guests, showcasing polished personal presentation, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of RH’s menu focused on beverage choices. Collaboration with team members is essential, especially employing a "Full Hands In, Full Hands Out" approach to support the flow of service by anticipating both guest and team needs. Additionally, the associate will work closely with location leadership to perform regular beverage inventories and actively contribute to meeting service and financial goals. This role demands a balance of exceptional customer service skills, product knowledge, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, including knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails
- candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application
- must meet the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol and perform related responsibilities, in accordance with local labor and safety regulations
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
- frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment and techniques
- comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
- commitment to proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment
