Job Duties

Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and necessary tools
clean equipment and work areas
lock doors after closing
check with captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift
organize, stock, and maintain work areas
supply ice, glassware, and paper provisions
clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furnishings, tables, and equipment as per guidelines
comply with company safety policies and procedures
report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
complete required safety training and certifications
ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
help the team achieve common goals
meet quality assurance standards
move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
read and visually verify information in various formats
perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination tasks
reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
move on inclined, uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
communicate clearly and professionally
answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
