Job Duties
- Perform opening and closing tasks such as organizing supplies and necessary tools
- clean equipment and work areas
- lock doors after closing
- check with captain or supervisor before leaving at the end of the shift
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- supply ice, glassware, and paper provisions
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar areas, furnishings, tables, and equipment as per guidelines
- comply with company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete required safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
- maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- help the team achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination tasks
- reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, drag, and stoop
- move on inclined, uneven or slippery surfaces and stairs
- greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
