Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid alcohol service certification where applicable
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling POS and payments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
  • Ability to make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification or training in traditional bartending (for bar-certified roles)
  • Ability to maintain food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Promptly welcome each guest and meet them at the POS station
  • Guide the order process with menu knowledge and upselling
  • Make alcoholic drinks promptly and manage guest pickups
  • Engage guests in the dining room providing table touches
  • Complete all side work per the priority list
  • Ensure all bar drinks are made promptly and manage bar safety
  • Manage tabs, inventory, and support table touches to enhance guest experience
  • Expedite completed tickets ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Serve as communication link between front of house and kitchen
  • Track ticket times and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain food safety and a positive attitude
  • Engage guests with follow-up service and table touches
