Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid alcohol service certification where applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling POS and payments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to make alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Certification or training in traditional bartending (for bar-certified roles)
- Ability to maintain food safety standards
Job Duties
- Promptly welcome each guest and meet them at the POS station
- Guide the order process with menu knowledge and upselling
- Make alcoholic drinks promptly and manage guest pickups
- Engage guests in the dining room providing table touches
- Complete all side work per the priority list
- Ensure all bar drinks are made promptly and manage bar safety
- Manage tabs, inventory, and support table touches to enhance guest experience
- Expedite completed tickets ensuring accuracy and quality
- Serve as communication link between front of house and kitchen
- Track ticket times and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain food safety and a positive attitude
- Engage guests with follow-up service and table touches
