The role of Banquet Server at Vinarosa Resort & Spa is an integral position within the resort’s dynamic event services team. This position focuses on enhancing guest experiences by delivering high-quality banquet and event service aligned with the resort's standards. Banquet Servers play a vital role during meetings, weddings, and special events, ensuring that every detail of the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) is meticulously executed. The position requires a commitment to teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to provide polished, attentive service that reflects the professionalism and hospitality of the resort.

Banquet Servers coordinate with culinary, beverage, and operations teams to facilitate smooth event flow and prompt service delivery. Responsibilities include setting up, breaking down, and resetting event spaces to meet precise specifications and brand standards, handling food and beverages safely, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the event venues. This role demands flexibility in scheduling as it includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with standing and lifting requirements up to 50 pounds. Job Duties

  • Execute banquet and event service in strict accordance with banquet event orders (BEOs)
  • set up, break down, and reset event spaces to specification and brand standards
  • provide polished, attentive guest service throughout events
  • coordinate service timing with culinary, beverage, and operations teams
  • ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and event equipment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues
  • comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements
  • support service recovery and guest issue resolution as needed
