The open position is for an On-Call Server in the Banquet Department. This role is vital to the banquet team, focused on delivering outstanding quality and attentive service to guests at banquets and events. The server not only greets and welcomes guests but also offers thoughtful recommendations on menu selections and beverage pairings to enhance the overall dining experience. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and teamwork are crucial, as the on-call nature of the role requires adapting to varying schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates will be comfortable working with electronic systems and embracing a proactive approach to supporting the team. Prior food service or related work experience of at least one year is preferred.
