This open position is for a full-time associate within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category, offering a competitive hourly wage starting at $22.69 with potential increases to $25.47 after six months and up to $30.25 after one year. It is a non-management role focused on carrying out essential service support duties at a luxury level, supporting the overall smooth operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets. Staff is eligible for additional compensation through service charges.
This role involves maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations and service areas to ensure that guests receive impeccable service throughout their visits. Key responsibilities include completing final function breakdowns, cleansing and storing equipment properly, restocking clean linens, organizing reusable merchandise, and handling laundry logistics efficiently. The role demands consistent adherence to safety protocols and company policies, maintaining a polished and professional appearance, and participating actively in teamwork and quality assurance standards. The ideal candidate will also assist across departments when needed, reinforcing a seamless guest experience.
Physical demands include lifting, moving, and placing items both light and heavy, standing or walking for extended periods during shifts, and working in various environmental conditions including on inclined or slippery surfaces. Job Requirements

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Complete final function breakdown by cleaning rooms and storing equipment properly
- Perform closing tasks including storing reusable merchandise, locking doors, and sorting inventory
- Organize, stock, and maintain work and service areas
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of assigned stations
- Transport dirty linens to laundry, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock clean linens
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day following constant cleaning procedures
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service
- Comply with company safety policies and training
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- Protect company property and confidential information
- Support coworkers respectfully and work collaboratively
- Meet quality assurance standards
- Handle physical tasks such as moving objects up to 50 pounds alone and assisting with heavier items
