The Banquets Coordinator plays a vital role in the overall success and smooth operation of the banquets and event services at Park Hyatt Aviara. This role primarily focuses on coordinating the banquets department and managing all aspects of meeting space utilization within the hotel and its event areas. The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that each event is executed seamlessly from start to finish, overseeing logistical details and maintaining clear communication with internal departments and external clients. The position demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can multitask efficiently while providing a high level of customer service and support.

Specifically, the Banquets Coordinator is expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to handle various administrative tasks such as compiling reports for upcoming groups and events. Strong organizational skills and accuracy in scheduling are critical, as this role involves coordinating multiple events simultaneously within the resort's various banquet and meeting spaces. Job Requirements
