Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to follow company safety policies and procedures

- At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage or event coordination
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host(ess) prior to functions to make introductions and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Support team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
