Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions to ensure preparations are agreed upon
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine proper organization
- Attend to and try to meet all special preparations for banquet events
- Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- Maintain a neat and professional uniform and appearance
- Protect company property and maintain confidentiality
- Support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- Assist the team in achieving common goals
- Meet quality assurance expectations and standards
- Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
