The position involves hands-on culinary responsibilities while leading and managing banquet food preparation staff, coordinating all food-related activities in catering operations. The individual will be accountable for menu coordination, purchasing, scheduling, food preparation, and plating for catering events, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food items with appetizing presentation.
