We are currently seeking a Bartender who demonstrates professionalism, warmth, and a dedication to delivering excellence in every interaction. This role is suitable for individuals who flourish in a polished, member-focused setting and desire to contribute as part of a collaborative, service-oriented team. Available in both full-time and part-time year-round capacities, this position offers flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of the club. Compensation begins at $16.50 per hour plus gratuities.

The Bartender will provide exceptional beverage service by utilizing expert mixology skills, comprehensive product knowledge, and attentive service to create memorable experiences for members and guests across various club outlets and events. Responsibilities include the preparation of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistent accuracy and attention to individual preferences, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all bar areas. This role demands a professional presence that anticipates guest needs and responds promptly to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Beyond the bar, the Bartender will assist with inventory management and collaborate closely with food and beverage teams to ensure efficient and seamless operations. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate relevant equipment safely.
