The Bartender role at Safe Harbor Marinas is an integral position responsible for maintaining an inviting and well-stocked bar area, serving both restaurant and bar patrons, and fulfilling drink orders for the dining room within a private club setting. This position requires extensive knowledge of various liquors, mixed drinks, beer, and wine, as well as the ability to think quickly and remain attentive to guests’ needs and safety. The bartender creates a welcoming atmosphere, providing friendly and attentive service that ensures every guest feels comfortable, important, and relaxed. Aside from excellent mixology skills, the bartender must be vigilant in monitoring patrons for signs of intoxication to uphold a safe and responsible environment. This role also involves handling payments accurately, balancing registers, managing inventory, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. The bartender plans the drink menu and informs customers about new offerings and specials, demonstrating creativity and up-to-date knowledge of beverage trends.
