Job Duties
- complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment
- complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and locking doors
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of stations and service areas
- transport dirty linen, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves
- maintain cleanliness throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go
- assist other departments to ensure optimum service
