Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
- Experience in hospitality or catering roles preferred but not required
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in catering or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Leadership experience for Banquet Captain role
- Basic cash handling skills for Food Truck Cashier position
Job Duties
- Set up banquet events and catering stations
- Serve guests food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup after events
- Coordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure timely service
- Manage guest requests and address concerns promptly
- Oversee event operations when serving as a Banquet Captain
- Handle cash transactions and customer service at food truck locations
