The position available is a part-time Food and Beverage server role located at The Westin in Honolulu, Hawaii. This non-management role offers an hourly pay range of $16.00 to $17.81, with eligible tipping included. The Food and Beverage server is responsible for delivering outstanding service by serving food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, answering menu questions, and ensuring all dietary needs and special requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen. Attention to detail is critical, as this role involves maintaining cleanliness in work areas, monitoring the presentation and sanitation of all tableware, and managing the assigned tables to provide flawless dining experiences.

In addition to direct guest service, this role supports management through various operational tasks including assistance with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching fellow employees.
