Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our energetic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the planning and execution of all banquet events, ensuring that every occasion upholds our high service standards and operational efficiency. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a diverse team of banquet staff, coordinate closely with our Food & Beverage and Sales divisions, and collaborate with clients to guarantee that all event specifications are met with precision and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing the entire event lifecycle—from setup through service to cleanup—while maintaining a safe, organized, and hospitable environment. Job Requirements

Proven experience in banquet or event management
Strong leadership skills

Job Duties

Supervise and coordinate all banquet event operations including setup service and cleanup
Lead and motivate banquet staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain standards
Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their needs and ensure event specifications are met
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team and Sales team to ensure seamless service flow during events and daily operations
Monitor event timelines and ensure all aspects of the banquet are executed efficiently
Manage inventory equipment and supplies required for events
Enforce health safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and regulations
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Assist in training and developing banquet staff to enhance performance and teamwork
