This position pays between $22 and $25 per hour and involves varying shifts with a preference for open availability. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will play a crucial leadership role by overseeing banquet and catered event operations. You will act as the primary on-site leader responsible for managing Banquet Captains and Banquet Servers, guaranteeing that events are executed flawlessly according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), service standards, and client expectations. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring operational readiness, efficient staffing, smooth service execution, and quick resolution of any issues during events.
You will work within an event venue environment and also support off-site catered functions.
