Operating in various industries including sports and entertainment venues, Sodexo partners with renowned clients to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences. At Hard Rock Stadium, a premier sports and entertainment venue located in Miami Gardens, Florida, Sodexo plays a vital role in managing and executing high-quality banquet and catering services during events. Hard Rock Stadium is home to major sports teams and hosts numerous large-scale events, making it a vibrant and dynamic environment for hospitality professionals.

The Banquet Supervisor position at Sodexo within Hard Rock Stadium is a critical role that contributes directly to the smooth operation of banquet and catered events. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 and involves varied shifts, requiring open availability to meet the demands of the venue's busy and ever-changing event schedule. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will serve as the primary on-site leadership above the Banquet Captain level, overseeing banquet captains and servers to ensure events are executed flawlessly in accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), service standards, and client expectations.

This position requires hands-on supervision and coordination of setup, service, and breakdown phases of events ranging from small meetings to large receptions with hundreds of guests. The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced hospitality setting, requiring excellent organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Banquet Supervisor ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards, manages staffing levels, addresses and resolves any operational issues during events, and supports off-site catered functions as needed.

Being a Banquet Supervisor at Sodexo means being part of a company that values culture, belonging, and continuous development. Sodexo promotes a supportive and flexible work environment, offering opportunities for career advancement and training. Employees in this role are encouraged to thrive personally and professionally, with benefits that support overall well-being including paid time off, medical and dental coverage, tuition reimbursement, and discounted programs. Furthermore, certain site-specific benefits such as uniforms, safety shoes, free or subsidized meals, and transportation support may be available depending on the location within Sodexo's expansive network.

Working with Sodexo at Hard Rock Stadium not only provides a meaningful job but also an opportunity to contribute to memorable experiences for thousands of guests during nationally recognized sports games, concerts, and special events. Sodexo's commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity ensures a respectful and diverse workplace where every team member's voice is heard and valued. This role is ideal for professionals with prior banquet or catering experience who possess leadership skills and a passion for hospitality excellence, seeking to be part of a respected global company with a strong community impact.
