Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local and state regulations
- ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- open availability preferred for varying shifts
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- minimum of 2-4 years of banquet, catering, or food and beverage service experience
- prior supervisory or leadership experience in banquet or event operations
- working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and event service processes
- TIPS or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent
- food handler certification may be required based on location
Job Duties
- Monitor event setup, service execution, and breakdown to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- coordinate Banquet Captains and Servers during events
- ensure compliance with Banquet Event Orders and client expectations
- oversee staffing and manage operational readiness
- address and resolve issues promptly during events
- support preparation, setup, and cleanup activities
- maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout events
