Job Requirements
- 6+ months of banquet experience
- Prior leadership exposure
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn Delphi event management software

- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on feet for extended periods
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Delphi event management software is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life
- Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish
- Keep things sparkling - monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction
- Troubleshoot audio-visual setups and step in where needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team alike
