The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, adept at inventory management, purchasing, and the logistics that keep banquet operations running smoothly.\n\nThe Banquet Storeroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the purchasing and receiving of all necessary banquet equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and controlling the distribution of banquet-related items including linens and supplies. This role guarantees that the storeroom is secure, organized, and maintains a clean environment conducive to efficient operation. Beyond managing supplies, the manager also ensures disposal of waste and packaging is handled cleanly, which supports the resort's commitment to sustainability and safety.
