Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Culinary Arts or Business Administration
- experience in culinary management or related food and beverage operations
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to manage and train kitchen staff
- proficiency in accounting procedures related to food and beverage
- strong communication and leadership skills
- physical ability to perform tasks involving 65 percent physical work
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree in Culinary Arts or Business Administration
- knowledge of current local health department standards
- understanding of corporate HACCP and food safety SOPs
- proficiency in basic computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and TM1
- experience in cooking and preparation equipment
- basic human resources skills
- knowledge of sales skills and techniques
- leadership and team-building abilities
Job Duties
- Support the chef in developing and representing all food, beverage, and service of the department
- assist with interviews, hire, train, and manage all culinary staff daily
- ensure knowledge of health department, corporate HACCP, food safety SOPs, and federal guidelines
- help organize, oversee, and manage all food prep operations in daily operations
- help create assigned menus, recipes, and use records
- ensure continuous success of kitchen brigade and stations assignments following WLW SOPs
- execute all accounting procedures including checkbook, invoice processing, payroll, inventories, and P&L critiques
