- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years in a culinary leadership role in banquet operations
- proficiency in food preparation and banquet presentation
- strong leadership and team supervision skills
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in banquet operations
- strong knowledge of banquet operations, food preparation techniques, and presentation
