Job Duties
- Set up and break down event spaces according to banquet event orders
- Ensure proper placement of furnishings, décor, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all public and event areas throughout the event
- Report maintenance or repair needs promptly and store items carefully when not in use
- Support event flow and guest needs as required
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests during events
- Follow event-specific service guidelines and timing
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
