Job Description

Concord Hospitality is a dynamic and respected hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a variety of hotel and event environments. With a steadfast commitment to quality, integrity, community, profitability, and fun, Concord Hospitality has built a reputation for being not just a place of work but a family-oriented culture where associates are valued highly. The company's core philosophy of "Associate First" creates an engaging and supportive workplace environment where employees are celebrated, their growth is nurtured, and teamwork is emphasized. This commitment is reflected in the company’s inclusive and positive work environment, aimed at fostering both personal and professional development. Concord Hospitality is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace, underscoring its dedication to a safe and respectful work setting.

Currently, Concord Hospitality is seeking part-time and on-call Banquet Set-Up Staff and Banquet Servers to join their energetic hospitality team at a hotel location. These roles offer a flexible work schedule, perfect for individuals seeking a second job, students, or anyone interested in entering the hospitality industry. No prior experience is necessary as the company provides all required training. The positions are ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments where every day brings new challenges and rewards. The Banquet Set-Up Staff will be responsible for preparing event spaces in accordance with banquet event orders, ensuring all furnishings, decor, and equipment are properly set for each function, and maintaining cleanliness throughout events. On the other hand, the Banquet Servers will provide excellent food and beverage service during events while following specific service guidelines, maintaining professionalism, and working closely with their colleagues to ensure smooth event execution.

These roles require individuals who are physically capable, able to lift moderate weights, and comfortable being on their feet for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules is essential. Among the many benefits offered are competitive pay, health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan with company contributions, group life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, Verizon wireless discounts, tuition assistance through the University of Phoenix, and opportunities for career development through ongoing training. Embracing the company’s culture means being part of a team that values fun just as much as professionalism, creating an enjoyable and rewarding work atmosphere.

If you are enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to memorable events at a leading hospitality company, this opportunity to join Concord Hospitality is an excellent starting point. The company's supportive environment ensures that every staff member is more than just an employee — they are a vital part of a family dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences while having fun along the way. Whether you are looking to gain hospitality experience, supplement your income, or step into a new career pathway, Concord Hospitality welcomes your application for their part-time and on-call banquet positions.
