Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or banquet setup preferred
  • ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and other equipment
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • teamwork and customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
  • prepare banquet space with care by completing table and chair setup according to event requirements
  • ensure a clean and inviting banquet space by cleaning and prepping rooms and surfaces
  • monitor the banquet area during events, promptly addressing spills, discarded service items, and other issues
  • support event staff as needed to ensure smooth banquet operations
  • assist with setting up and breaking down banquet spaces efficiently
  • communicate effectively with team members to maintain high standards of service
