Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous banquet or hospitality-related experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Physical ability to lift and move tables and chairs
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service
  • Ability to work standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banquet set up or a related role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure banquet rooms are clean and inviting by cleaning walls and surfaces
  • Monitor banquet rooms to promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues
  • Maintain and uphold hospitality standards throughout the event
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
