The available role is a Banquet Set-Up position, a critical function within the restaurant's event services team. As a Banquet Set-Up associate, you play an essential part in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing banquet rooms according to specified event orders. - 2 years of sales experience in a restaurant or hotel operation
- Have 1+ year server experience
- Are 18 years of age required for service of alcohol

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and diagrams including tables chairs linens
- Work closely with the banquet team to ensure timely completion of set-up tasks
- Respond to requests from event organizers and staff to make adjustments or additions to the set-up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events including removing furniture equipment and decorations
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager Banquet Captain or Event Coordinator
