Currently, Placements Unlimited is seeking experienced Event Servers to support a large, upscale event in Downtown Waco. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves working during specific event dates on June 8 and June 9, 2026, with shifts from morning to mid-afternoon. Event Servers will play a critical part in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests by efficiently managing food and beverage service and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the event space.

The paid position offers $14 per hour and demands a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Event Servers will be responsible for various tasks, including setting up and tearing down catering and event equipment, serving food and beverages professionally, bussing tables, assisting with event setup between service periods, washing and polishing dishes, and carrying plated trays safely and efficiently. A key aspect of this role is delivering exceptional guest service at all times, ensuring that each attendee enjoys the event to the fullest.

Candidates must possess a Food Handler Certification and be able to pass a background check. Previous serving or catering experience is required, along with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The role requires a professional appearance and attitude, adhering to a specific dress code consisting of black button-down shirts, black slacks, black shoes, and grooming standards such as hair pulled back, no jewelry, clean-shaven appearance, and excellent hygiene.
