Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in banquet or hospitality service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
- Must communicate effectively in English
- Adherence to grooming and uniform standards
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or food and beverage service preferred
- Knowledge of liquor laws and service standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to speak and understand English
Job Duties
- Perform all banquet side work as designated by the banquet captain
- Efficiently and properly perform all Hotel ZaZa service standards
- Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties
- Report to banquet manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of banquet equipment
- Assist in the upkeep and organization of all liquor and related supplies
- Be familiar with and adhere to all liquor laws
- Attend all designated pre-meal meetings
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and proper uniform standards including wearing Z-Pin
- Follow all proper hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed
