Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous banquet serving experience is a plus
experience in customer service is preferred
knowledge of banquet service standards and procedures
strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
ability to set up event spaces according to specifications
understanding of safe food handling practices
knowledge of beverage service and responsible alcohol service
proficiency in table setting techniques
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work effectively in a team environment
basic cash handling skills
familiarity with POS systems
certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service is preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages up to 25 pounds
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
