Job Requirements
- Current Food Handler's Certificate
- Previous experience in fine dining or luxury events
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Availability to work weekday lunches dinners and weekend evenings
- Comfortable carrying trays including shoulder-supported service
- Adherence to client and company service standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining luxury events banquets or upscale hospitality preferred
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish preferred
- Solid understanding of service timing guest etiquette and team coordination
- Professional presentation with a calm service-forward approach
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced high-expectation environments
- Comfortable standing for long periods and handling tray service
- Current Food Handler's Certificate required
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and deliver attentive table-side service
- Take food and beverage orders with confidence and menu knowledge
- Transport plated meals from kitchen to table efficiently and accurately
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining an immaculate dining space
- Complete opening and closing duties such as station setup and silverware polishing
- Move throughout event spaces offering hors d'oeuvres and beverages
- Execute tray-pass service during receptions and networking events
- Carry and manage plated bites including shoulder-supported trays when needed
- Assist with light setup breakdown and removal of used serviceware
- Prepare tables buffets and service stations prior to guest arrival
- Run food and beverages to service points or guest tables
- Support service flow during high-volume banquets and events
- Assist with post-event cleanup breakdown and inventory support
