Job Duties
- Set up, serve, and tear down banquets, meetings, and special events
- Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure smooth and accurate service
- Collaborate with the kitchen and setup teams to meet event expectations
- Maintain guest service and presentation standards throughout service
- Reset banquet rooms and equipment for upcoming events
