The role available is that of a Banquet Server. As a Banquet Server at Flynn Hospitality, you will be vital in executing exceptional banquet and event experiences by setting up, serving, and tearing down events such as banquets, meetings, and special occasions. The Banquet Server will collaborate closely with kitchen and setup teams to ensure that every event runs smoothly and meets all client expectations. Responsibilities include following Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) meticulously, maintaining guest service standards throughout the event, and resetting banquet rooms efficiently to prepare for subsequent functions. This role demands physical endurance, as it involves standing, lifting, and continuous movement, and a friendly, attentive disposition aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction.
