Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to stand or walk including up and down stairs for entire shift
  • ability to lift 35 pounds
  • ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent guest service skills
  • ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
  • no high school diploma or GED required
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Set up tables following the banquet event orders
  • serve food and beverages to guests promptly
  • replenish buffet line food as needed
  • monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
  • handle guest complaints
  • follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
  • break down the event according to company procedures
