Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Previous banquet or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, décor)
- Provide timely and courteous food and beverage service to guests
- Serve plated meals, buffet items, and beverages in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and be able to answer guest questions
- Clear tables efficiently and reset as needed throughout the event
- Assist with event breakdown, including removing linens, dishware, and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle glassware, china, and equipment carefully to prevent damage
- Adhere to company standards for appearance, punctuality, and professionalism
