Century Golf Partners is committed to delivering an outstanding experience not only through its premier amenities but also through its dedicated team of hospitality professionals who contribute to its positive and inclusive culture.

The Banquet Server position at Bear Creek Country Club is a vital role centered on providing polished, efficient, and professional food and beverage service during a variety of club events, private functions, weddings, tournaments, and member programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and customer service to join a dynamic team that values professionalism, attention to detail, and seamless execution of event service standards.

Starting May 1, 2026, the Banquet Server will play an essential part in upholding the club’s reputation by assisting in setting up and breaking down event spaces, taking care of practical details like tables, chairs, linens, and décor. Serving plated meals, buffets, passed appetizers, and beverages in alignment with precise event timelines and specifications is a critical responsibility. The role also demands maintaining cleanliness and professionalism throughout the event while communicating effectively with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure the guest experience is flawless.

Working as a Banquet Server at Bear Creek Country Club comes with the responsibility of adhering strictly to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies, including responsible alcohol service and age verification. The position also requires proficiency with point-of-sale systems or event charge procedures and the ability to support fellow team members to guarantee smooth service during high-volume occasions. The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry trays and equipment up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks necessary for successful event execution.

Joining Bear Creek Country Club means being part of a fun, passionate team that genuinely cares about each other and the members they serve. The culture is built on hospitality-driven values, teamwork, and a dedication to creating memorable experiences. Compensation for the Banquet Server position is competitive, starting at $22 per hour, along with benefits such as use of club facilities, holidays, team outings, a referral program, professional development opportunities, and a team member meal program. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking growth in the hospitality industry within a prestigious and supportive environment.
