Endicott College is currently seeking full-time Banquet Servers to join the dedicated team at the Wylie Inn and Conference Center. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and guest service, looking to be part of a collegiate community. The position offers an hourly wage starting at $18.50, which increases to $21.50 for serving at wedding events. As a Banquet Server, employees play an essential role in delivering exceptional service by setting up banquet rooms meticulously, attending pre-event briefings to understand function particulars, and providing courteous and attentive service to guests throughout each event. Responsibilities include preparing the room with linens, glassware, and service ware, serving food and beverages according to the guidance of the Banquet Captain, and promptly clearing tables to maintain a seamless experience. The position demands adaptability, excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong customer service orientation.
