Job Duties
- Assist with set up and breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces as instructed
- Serve food and beverages as listed on the Banquet Event Order
- Make recommendations and answer questions for guests and clients
- Greet and serve every guest in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ensure an excellent guest experience
- Ensure all food product is presented according to client expectations
- Apply food safety standards to prevent cross contamination or spoilage
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to captain and catering team as needed
- Assist with clean up and sanitation of all supplies and utensils
- Once sanitized, return all utensils and supplies are stored properly and kept in good working order
- Notify supervisor or any damaged supplies
- Actively work to resolve guest concerns when applicable and escalate to supervisor when necessary
