Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in banquet or food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to carry heavy trays
- Ability to move quickly and maintain attention to detail
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a banquet server waiter waitress or in a similar role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to stay composed and efficient during busy events
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a welcoming and accommodating experience for guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods carry heavy trays and move quickly while maintaining precision and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift heavy objects as needed
Job Duties
- Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications including setting up tables chairs linens and service stations
- Ensure all items meet quality and presentation standards
- Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests during events
- Serve courses refill beverages and promptly address guest needs
- Break down and clean event spaces after services
- Clear tables store equipment and reset the room
- Prepare room for the next event while adhering to company cleanliness standards
