At its core, OVG operates seven world-class venues and collaborates with iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. This diversity and reach make OVG a pioneering force in shaping live experiences and redefining the entertainment industry.

The company emphasizes innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability within their operations, positioning themselves not only as venue operators but also as catalysts for cultural and community engagement worldwide.

The Banquet Server role at Oak View Group plays an essential part in reinforcing this mission. Serving as a frontline ambassador of hospitality, the Banquet Server delivers professional and efficient food and beverage service during various events hosted at OVG’s venues. These events range from elegant galas to corporate gatherings and weddings, each demanding an acute attention to detail and a welcoming, guest-focused approach. Banquet Servers work closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth course delivery and timely service that meets high expectations.

This role requires more than just serving food; it involves setting up banquet spaces and maintaining food and beverage stations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the event. The Banquet Server ensures that guests feel welcomed and comfortable, contributing significantly to the overall atmosphere and success of each event. The role demands adaptability, professionalism, and excellent customer interaction skills, as servers often respond to real-time guest needs and occasionally resolve or escalate any issues that arise.

Representing OVG’s commitment to inclusivity and service excellence, Banquet Servers embody the company’s core values of professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. They are instrumental in upholding the event’s ambiance and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable and positive impression.

This part-time position offers an hourly wage of $16.00 and includes benefits such as participation in the 401(k) savings plan and employer matching, underscoring OVG’s commitment to supporting its employees beyond the workplace. The position remains open until July 24, 2026, ensuring ongoing opportunities to join this dynamic team.

Joining Oak View Group as a Banquet Server means becoming part of a global leader that values diversity, teamwork, and delivering world-class entertainment experiences.
